వివాదం, సంచలనం ఈ రెండు పట్టాలపై ఎప్పుడూ ప్రయాణిస్తూనే ఉంటారు . కావాలని అలా ఎంట్రీ ఇస్తారో లేక ఆయన మాటే అలాంటిదో తెలియదు గానీ బండ్ల ఒక్క మాట మాట్లాడినా వార్తల్లో పతాక శీర్షికల్లో నిలవాల్సిందే. ఎలాంటి విషయాన్నైనా తనదైన కోణంలో మాట్లాడుతూ సీరియస్ ఇష్యూలో కూడా నవ్వు తెప్పించడం ఈ కమెడియన్ నైజం. ఇది పలుసార్లు ప్రూవ్ అయింది కూడా. ఈ నేపథ్యంలోనే తాజాగా ఈడీ కార్యాలయం ఎదుట మీడియాతో ఆయన మాట్లాడిన తీరు, చేసిన కామెంట్స్ వైరల్ అవుతున్నాయి. టాలీవుడ్ డ్రగ్స్ కేసులో భాగంగా జరుగుతున్న విచారణలో నిన్న (మంగళవారం) పాల్గొన్నారు. ఎన్‌ఫోర్స్‌మెంట్ డైరెక్టరేట్ ఇచ్చిన నోటీసుల మేరకు పూరి విచారణలో పాల్గొనగా.. అక్కడ బండ్ల గణేష్ ప్రత్యక్షమవడం హాట్ టాపిక్ అయింది. ఆయన రాకతో మీడియా ఫోకస్ మొత్తం బండ్లపైనే పడింది. డ్రగ్స్ కేసులో ఇప్పటిదాకా బండ్ల గణేష్ పేరు వినిపించలేదు అయినా సడెన్‌గా ఈడీ ఆఫీస్‌కి ఆయన ఎందుకు రావలసి వచ్చింది? అనేదానిపై అనుమానాలు నెలకొన్నాయి. అయితే ఈడీ కార్యాలయానికి తాను రావడంపై బండ్ల గణేష్ రియాక్ట్ అవుతూ అమ్మతోడు నాకు ఎలాంటి సంబంధం లేదని అన్నారు. ''పూరి గారు ఉదయం ఈడీ కార్యాలయానికి వచ్చారు. సాయంత్రం అయింది. ఇంతలేట్ ఎందుకయింది ఏంటా అని టెన్షన్ పడి ఇక్కడిదాకా వచ్చా. ఈ కేసుతో నాకేవిధమైన సంబంధం లేదు. మీకు దండం పెడ్తా. నాకోసం ఇంత హడావిడి చేయొద్దు. పాత్రికేయ సోదరులారా.. మీరనుకుంటే ఏదైనా చేస్తారు. నన్ను వదిలేయండి మహా ప్రభో'' అంటూ దండం పెట్టి అక్కడినుంచి వెళ్లిపోయారు బండ్ల గణేష్. ఇదే విషయమై ట్విట్టర్ వేదికగా స్పందించిన బండ్ల గణేష్.. ''దయచేసి నన్ను అర్థం చేసుకోండి నాకు ఏ విధమైన సంబంధం లేదు నేను పూరి గారికి మద్దతుగా మాత్రమే వచ్చా'' అని పేర్కొన్నారు.
